Our vision for the perfect retirement revolves around what we’ve dubbed the ‘Nomadic Triangle’ - a trio of enchanting locales we can seamlessly wander between, never tiring of their unique locations that we fell in love with along the way.

Pear Wood Place, a one-bedroom Art Deco apartment untouched since the 1940’s, beckoned to us with its timeless charm, to be transformed into a cosy retreat reminiscent of a bygone era and true home away from home.

The quaint walled cottage garden in the heart of town, with its bountiful Pear and Apple trees and charming ‘old-town’ views revealed from every aspect, sealed it for us!

As custodians of a handsome Town House apartment, we embraced the opportunity to refurbish and restore authentic features, breathing new life into Pear Wood’s rich history and character.

Having downsized and embraced a new coastal lifestyle, Midhurst is a treasured midpoint for us and our family. Bridging the gap between our bustling Surrey design commissions and remote windswept beach life, Pear Wood serves as an essential resting post.
